This property for a developer client stands in an idyllic, four-acre parkland and woodland setting. Zambelli Friend were appointed by the developer during the early stages of its construction to address all aspects of the interior architecture for the scheme through to completion. Successful re-planning added 6,000 sq.ft of basement accommodation and a further 25% to the overall habitable area. The interior design has greatly improved the spatial arrangement, internal appearance, functionality and appeal of the property. The interior decoration and furnishings were all subject to specialist interior works packages.
