New Residence – Summerhill Park
A full professional design and planning service was provided by Zambelli Friend on this new build country house project, which received widespread recognition as a project successfully reflecting the heritage of the site and the surrounding landscape. Close to Henley on Thames, planning and architectural issues had to be sensitively handled with internal accommodation decorated and fitted to meet the exacting standard demanded by the original owner. Further design work was carried out for two subsequent owners of Summerhill Park with varying lifestyle requirements, one of which involved the creation of a new Box Lodges for additional guest accommodation and an underground Dining Cellar beneath a sunken garden.
